The Body and Soul Holistic Intuitive Healing Sessions

Each session includes an Intuitive Scan, a Deep Healing Treatment, and Body-Mind-Spirit Wellness Mentoring for sharing/teaching you any needed skills, tools, or information you need to make the inner changes and energetic upgrades from your session, lasting and real in your day-to-day life.

Sessions are available in-person in my Asheville, NC Healing Center, and if you aren’t in my local area, I offer Distance Holistic Intuitive Healing Sessions through phone or online options Worldwide. Regardless of whether you do an in-person, or distance holistic healing session, the results are identical.

 What is a reading like? 

I’ll check in with your inner wisdom and spiritual guidance, bring through your Spirit Guides, and help you gain more understanding about your soul choices, your challenges, and your life.

Questions can be general, or specific.  This is like a conversation that will give you insight and information about your life NOW. This is not about future predictions, but rather an overview about what’s really going on, it’s purpose for your healing and growth, and how you can best move forward to create a better tomorrow by understanding it. 

A reading can provide valuable insight into the Higher Purpose within the challenges you face, the best options to move through and beyond them, insight into your soul’s path and purpose, and/or make sure those on the other side are safe and doing well. This is a soul level reading that also includes lots of practical answers and direction for all of your questions.

Readings are one hour and are taped.  The cost is $150.

Past Life and Life-Between-Lives Regression Sessions

Past Life and Life-Between-Lives Regression Sessions are available in-person in my Asheville, NC Healing Center, or if you’re not in my local area, I offer Regressions through phone or online options Worldwide. Regardless of whether you do an in-person, or distance regression, the guidance, information, and experience are identical.

Past Life Regression

(90-minute recorded session) Cost is $175.

This is a deep guided meditation (not hypnosis) that helps you sink into the place within you, where your soul’s memories can be accessed and you will experience your soul’s history in depth. Some people can go through multiple lives while others may choose to explore one single life in greater detail. You will also have a beautiful opportunity to soar free in the spiritual realm and meet your guides for a Q and A.

Past Life and Life-Between-Lives Spiritual Regression

(3-hour recorded session) Cost is $300.

This is an expanded and much longer version of the 90-minute Past Life Regression session. It provides ample time to spend with your Spirit Guides, your soul family, the council of Spiritual Guides who helped you make choices for your life experiences now, challenges and gifts, and more.

We will venture into the spiritual realm where you can get answers to your questions and learn about your soul’s history and goals for this lifetime. We’ll start with a deep, guided meditation (not hypnosis) to retrieve memories from another lifetimes first, and then we will connect with the spiritual world to meet your guides, angels and loved ones, and maybe even your soul family.

I have found that guiding people into the spiritual dimension to explore their life-between-lives is profoundly helpful (and fun!) because you can feel the presence of your spiritual being, and experience the lightness of being that comes from flying free in the spiritual realm. 

You can also communicate with your Spirit Guide(s) and understand from your soul’s perspective why you chose the specific conditions, environment and circumstances of this life. This includes your spiritual gifts and areas of ease as well as those aspects of life that you’re using for higher learning and growth.
